Jeff Javidzad, Chief Executive Officer, Platinum Wireless
Jeff Javidzad has served as Platinum CEO since its launch in 1997. Within the first 5 years of Javidzad's tenure as CEO, Platinum grew from a local exclusive distributor, with three regional Nextel Communications retail locations to a national sales and distribution partner generating $10 million in sales. By 2003, Platinum signed a national master dealer contract with Nextel broadening its nationwide distribution network to 100 retail locations, $15 million in sales and becoming the largest Nextel sales and distribution network in the country.

In 2007, Javidzad negotiated the merger between Platinum and Simplicity Wireless, improving the Platinum product portfolio with PaygoTM, an integrated merchant services and wireless pre-pay payment processing application. With Javidzad's leadership and strategic acquisition execution, Platinum realized $130 million in revenue and demonstrated consistent profitability growth through 2007.

Prior to co-founding Platinum, as Chief Financial Officer for Cellular Palace, an authorized Airtouch® distributor, Javidzad constructed a wireless acquisition business plan merging with California Paging Company and acquired 30 retail locations in the first year and increased their customer base by 400K subscribers.

Georges Elias - Chief Strategy Officer, Platinum Wireless
Georges Elias brings over 10 years of experience in wireless, merchant services and investment planning. Since joining Platinum in February 2008, Elias has deployed automated performance and financial reporting practices and negotiated exclusive program management agreements with Sprint dedicated to 21st century growth.

Elias' proven history of generating profitability through revenue enhancement, cost savings, and organizational efficiencies is evident by his contributions to the growth of Creditel - a mobile merchant services payment processing company - a company that generated $10 million in capital including a $4 million line of credit and resulted in a strong partnership with Sprint and Motorola between 1998 and 2002.

Elias combined extensive business experience with a commitment to community in 2003 - 2004 where he directed the launch of Family Watchdog, which integrated complex network design and security applications to provide services, education, and products geared to keeping families safe on the Internet. Family Watchdog has attracted 3.5 million subscribers and generated $4 million in revenue since 2004. Elias also has 4 issued patents in the area of security and wireless transactions.

Jandro Parducho - Controller, Platinum Wireless
Jandro Parducho brings over experience in accounting, finance, and operations with expertise in Wireless Retail, Software Development, Auto Finance, and Taft Hartley 501(c)(3) Organizations. He has served as the CFO/ Controller or the Leading Accounting Officer for approximately 9 of the 14 years in these various industries. Parducho has direct experience with the service and retail industry. Parducho' s primary focus is Accounting but specializes specifically in Strategy Management, Budget Planning, Forecasting, Tax Planning for Corporation, Partnerships, Tax Exempt Organizations, Sole-Proprietors, LLCs, and Individuals.

Prior to joining Platinum Wireless, Parducho's most notable positions were the following: Chief Financial Officer for SpeakTECH, a software developer and a Microsoft Gold Partner; Acting Administrator & Controller for the Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Trust Funds which serviced over 2,300 Labor Union participants in Southern California; CFO Controller for Fuse Mobile Inc., a Verizon Wireless Retailer with approximately 50 locations in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii.

Parducho holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA in Finance from Concordia University, Irvine. Parducho holds a Masters Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. Parducho is a Certified Tax Professional with the Internal Revenue Service and with the State of California.

Jessica Hedrick - Vice President of Operations, Platinum Wireless
Jessica Hedrick joined the Platinum Wireless Team in November of 2006. Alongside current CEO and President, Jeff Javidzad, Ms. Hedrick developed the first Platinum Wireless Human Resources Department and Handbook. This included the implementation of internal policies for employees and management that ensured that Platinum Wireless was compliant with all current California and Federal Employment Labor Laws. In December 2007, Ms. Hedrick was promoted to Director of Operations. This position made her accountable for overseeing all Support Organizations including the following: Internal and External training, Compliance with all partner carriers such as Sprint Nextel and Boost Mobile, Contract Administration, Buildings and Maintenance (projects and staff), the Human Resources Department, which includes management of all General Liability and Workers Comp Insurance, Company Project Management (Business Development and implementation of such tasks including the inception of the Platinum Wireless Discount Affinity Program).

Prior to working at Platinum Wireless, Ms. Hedrick was extensively involved in the Event Planning industry in the San Francisco Bay Area for several years planning social and corporate events and logistics. Ms. Hedrick attributes her success in Project Management to her educational background at the University of San Diego. It is here that she earned her B.S. in Business Economics, specializing in the study of using economic principles to analyze problems encountered by management such as risk management, regression analysis, production forecasting and capital budgeting.

Jessica Hedrick was named the Vice President of Operations for Platinum Wireless on April 1, 2010.
