Job Title: Platinum Wireless Data Entry / Support Position

Platinum Wireless, a nationwide wireless solutions sales and distribution company, is looking for a qualified Data Entry and Customer Support Candidate to process reports and administer the operational functions for a sales team including:

  - Maintaining accurate reporting of daily sales activities using CRM Tools
  - record daily commissionable transactions and report daily sales information to the Executive Committee and Commissions Departments
  - Process any returns and/or exchanges for the sales team, escalate and disputes to Sprint or Platinum Wireless Management
  - Assist with and process Sprint Activations using Sprint Order Entry system, and back up support to the PW Activations Team when needed
  - Other operational requests as needed

Additional Qualifications include;
  - Proficiency with the Window™ operating system (i.e. MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, et al) and demonstrated ability to quickly learn other computer-based sales/reporting tools
  - Meticulous to details
  - Proven expertise in managing multiple functions simultaneously, identifying procedural improvements and supporting the highest levels of customer service
  - Willingness to adjust to a changing work environment, to collaborate with others and to provide detail-oriented solutions to sales processes
  - Desire to deliver top notch customer service to the sales team and customers a requirement
