Job Title: Platinum Wireless Paynation Support Specialist

Platinum Wireless, a nationwide wireless solutions sales and distribution company, is looking for a motivated Paynation Support Specialist that is highly organized and capable of multi-tasking in order to offer comprehensive customer service to existing and potential national customer base. Paynation Support Specialists work closely with the sales operation departments of Platinum Wireless with high volume in-bound and out-bound customer service calls, as well as support for online applications; all contact and communication occurs with warm sales opportunities (leads), "cold calling" is not currently practiced at Platinum Wireless.

Platinum Wireless Paynation Support Specialist will;
  - Deliver multiple out-bound call efforts to improve communication and support to the existing customer base
  - Provide support and solutions to customers utilizing existing products and/or services
  - Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, and fax
  - Communicate with vendors in regards to different products or services that Platinum Wireless offers
  - Investigate and solve customers' issues (these may be more complex or long-standing problems that have been passed over by customer service assistants)
  - Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers within existing CRM Software
  - Navigate through different customer management tools involving use of computer software and internet applications
  - Create reports analyzing the customer service that the Department provides
  - Meet regularly with other managers to develop feedback and discuss possible improvements to customer service provided
  - Involvement in staff meetings and providing input on behalf of the department
  - Continue to learn about Platinum Wireless products and services; services keep up to date with any Company and/or industry changes

Transferable skills for this position include;
  - Inbound and outbound call experience; either customer care, telesales and/or technical support
  - Customer service experience; either retail or customer support functions
  - Retail/Direct sales experience; preferably in the electronics, computer technology or home entertainment industries
  - Administrative experience; demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail

Additional Qualifications include;
  - Dedication to consultative sales and achieving/exceeding Company sales objectives
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills; English-speaking a must, Spanish-speaking preferable
  - Proficiency with the Window™ operating system (i.e. MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, et al) and demonstrated ability to quickly learn other computer-based sales/reporting tools
  - Assessable achievement in learning, retaining and executing technology-based subjects as well as a familiarity with common sales practices
  - Willingness to adjust to a changing work environment, to collaborate with others and to provide detail-oriented leadership
  - High School Diploma or Equivalent is required for this position
