PLATINUM WIRELESS ACQUIRES MMM WIRELESS Acquisition of Preferred Sprint Retail Stores Continue Expansion November 16, 2009 - Los Angeles - Platinum Wireless, a leading distributor and retailer for wireless products, has acquired MMM Wireless, the largest Sprint preferred retailer in the nation. The acquisition boosts Platinum's branded retail stores to 22 from 4 with locations in California, Arizona, Colorado and Nevada and positions Platinum Wireless for continued national growth as a Sprint preferred retailer.
