PLATINUM WIRELESS MERGES WITH SIMPLICITY WIRELESS TO CREATE A POWERHOUSE IN THE WIRELESS INDUSTRY Los Angeles, December 3, 2007 - Platinum Wireless, a National Master Authorized Representative for Sprint has announced the finalization of its merger with Simplicity Wireless, a national distributor for Boost Mobile products and services. The merger closed for an undisclosed amount. Platinum Wireless is aggressively diversifying their assets to further expand its wireless distribution channel. With their recent acquisition of American Connections, the merger with Simplicity is the second major transaction in less than one year. "We knew that a broader service roster would allow us to better serve our clients and acquire new client partnerships on the way" states Greg Wilk, Sr. VP of Sales. Platinum Wireless was attracted to Simplicity Wireless due to its strong market share of the Boost Mobile Prepaid market.
